The goal of the 1000 Islands International Charity Poker Run is to host events that promote the local river communities and preserve the historic integrity of the Thousand Islands. According to event organizers, Chuck and Pam Poss, the poker run has evolved from its humble beginnings to now being recognized as one of the most popular poker run events on the east coast. This year, the event attracted nearly 60 boats with 255 players and guests, representing eight states and coming from as far away as New York and Texas. Your health and safety is our first priority. As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact communities, I want to share some of the steps we are taking to. ON THE RUN - The second annual Poker Run to benefit the Holy Family Home, 5707 State Road, will take place July 11 with registration beginning at 10:30 a.m. The event is in memory of Dennis.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HARBOR HOTEL! Registrations are sent in order to the Hotel and they will contact you to finalize your registration up until 4pm today (Sunday, March 1st). If you register after 4pm, they will call you tomorrow to finalize reservations (IF THERE’S STILL ANY AVAILABILITY!) If you already have other accommodations set up, please let us know or just let the Harbor Hotel know when they call you.
